I hope you have, because I have missed blogging, I’ve been having a bit of a writer’s block and being the working girl I am now hasn’t help much either…
Work has been great! I’m learning a lot, and though I’m still a bit ashamed to do certain things, I’m trying to get over the silliness and just work. I really like everything about this experience and I can’t believe I’m finally doing the internship… I thought the day was never going to come! :-p
Getting back on track…

It’s been forever since I last made jewelry and I’m really trying to get back on track and make pretty things while ruining my nails xD So I was going around some online stores to stare at pretty pretty beads and daydream about them.
Beads are one of my guilty pleasures, along with yarn and books and netbooks… and ebook readers and Robbie Williams… Ok! I have many guilty pleasures! But only the bead related one actully pays off :-p Though George wasn’t doing so bad last time I checked.
But going back to the beads and the jewelry making thing… I don’t really NEED new beads, but staring at them is so good! And even daydreaming about buying them…
Because, to be honest I do all the math about stuff like this… How much do they cost, how much would it cost me to get them sent and then fantasize of being sitting in my bed, with a gazillion of beads to choose from, just working and working endlessly in pretty pretty really pretty jewelry…
*Sigh* I know it’s too much but it’s hard not to do it when you find a good store with almost endless kinds of beads like it happened today at Beads Of Cambay I got lost there and just spent hours staring, calculating, planning, and even analizing what I would have to sell in order to get a new stash of beads…
I got sent here from a Social Spark opp (How’s this for full disclosure? xD) but I got caught up by it! So this review is completely honest… I did spent hours staring, wanting… No wait… Needing new beads!
The site was new to me, and I can’t believe it, it’s so amazing! I guess I should start expanding my supplies horizons, because I’m totally missing out! They sell Wholesale Beads & Gemstones and it’s wholesale pricing that makes it even more exciting to me. I mean, the cheaper the better huh? 
And shipping seems great! That’s hard to find since I’m buying from Honduras, but they do offer international shipping and free shipping in the States, I think i should start looking for someone who’s coming to Honduras anytime soon! 
Meanwhile…
It’s been forever since I last knitted but this video is the perfect representation of an obsessed knitter, like many of us are! 
It’s worth watching, even if you are not following this blog because of the crafty things. After all, we all lose perspective of things every once in a while…
By the way, please be patient, this is still a work in progress and we’ll be tweaking it some more in the next few days. In the meanwhile, enjoy the video!
First Post!
I know I had been talking about this for a very long time and it seemed like it was never going to happen, but here it is!
I was tweeting randomly the other day when I mentioned that I was looking for a free hosting service, or at least fairly cheap, to move my blog to Wordpress. And suddenly, out of the blue, like a knight in shiny armor:-p came RaphaFu, a very very very talented web designer I met last year at the WebConf ( Though, I’m more than sure he doesn’t remember that :-p ).

Moving…
Ok, not really… But we moved the domain and now we are having problems… and since the person that moved it is really busy and I’m getting the hosting for free as a favor I can’t demand too much, just be patient…
So, But now that I think about it, I still have 1 or 1 and 1/2 loyal reader who get it on their rss reader, and for them I’m posting this… Just know that TPB is being moved somewhere, prettier I hope… and that I’ll keep writing here until that happens… It could have been tomorrow, but I have exam on monday and lots to study… so much that I shouldn’t be here anyway… I just wanted to let you know what was going on… and hoping that my faithful readers who go to www.thepurpleblug.com can find a way here… and find out what’s going on… If you want a sneak peek at the new blug or what may look like go here
